Bread Hits Stores Starting Monday, 1/18

Good news, Organicos super fans! Your favorite bread and pizza crusts will be BACK IN STORES NEXT WEEK! Starting Monday, January 18, Ashland and Medford stores will be stocked, with the rest of our Oregon and California stores following at the end of next week. And our rebranding process is complete, so look for labels featuring our updated logo as pictured here. Don’t worry, we kept label colors the same so it’s not quite as confusing!

One bit of bad news, we will not have sourdough baguettes back in stock for at least another week or two. Although we rescued the starter from the fire, keeping it inactive for four months was a bit of a challenge, and it’s taking time to rebuild. We will announce when we have sourdough back in stock.


We are NOT YET OPEN FOR RETAIL at this time. Our retail space is still a work in progress, plus opening to the public at the same time as getting through the backlog of wholesale orders is too overwhelming for our small, but mighty, staff! We appreciate your patience, and luckily you won’t have to wait long. Our soft opening date will be Saturday, January 23, more details to come next week in a separate post! We also look forward to rejoining the growers markets in the spring.


The long road is finally coming to an end. Thanks for hanging in there with us!
