Original Brown Rice Bread

The bread that started it all! Made from our “go to” batter, it is the foundation for many of our other bread products. As with all of our breads we use organic flax seed meal as an egg replacement and natural apple sauce to create a perfectly moist crumb. Subtly sweet and great toasted, it has all the flavor, texture and delicious taste without the seeds and nuts found in our other breads.

Ingredients: Organic Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour, Sorghum Flour, Organic Corn Starch, Water, Apple Sauce, Safflower Oil, Organic Flax Seed Meal, Organic Cane Juice and/or Organic Raw Agave Syrup, Yeast, Organic Vanilla, Xantham Gum, Sea Salt.

Raisin Cinnamon Walnut Bread

A Rogue Valley Grower's Market favorite. Topped with poppy seeds, walnuts, and just the right amount of cinnamon sweetness, this is the breakfast bread you didn’t know you were missing. Great toasted with your favorite spread (almond butter is especially nice), it also makes a decadent French toast. As with all of our breads it freezes well - just be sure to slice it first.

Our heavyweight offering, the Multigrain Seeded Bread combines several gluten free grain flours along with organic sunflower, pumpkin, sesame and flax seeds to create a hearty and delicious loaf. This bread derives its old world texture and dark coloration from the addition of buckwheat flour and blackstrap molasses.
